Joci jocuri piratate pe Windows 10 – Microsoft ti le poate dezactiva
Conform ultimelor ajustari si update-uri aduse termenilor EULA (End User Licence Agreement), Microsoft poate dezactiva remote softul piratat sau chiar hardware-ul respectiv. Tocmai ati fost de acord cu acest lucru daca ati instalat Windows 10.
Paragraful 7b din EULA spune asa:
- b. Sometimes you’ll need software updates to keep using the Services. We may automatically check your version of the software and download software updates or configuration changes, including those that prevent you from accessing the Services, playing counterfeit games, or using unauthorized hardware peripheral devices. You may also be required to update the software to continue using the Services. Such updates are subject to these Terms unless other terms accompany the updates, in which case, those other terms apply. Microsoft isn’t obligated to make any updates available and we don’t guarantee that we will support the version of the system for which you licensed the software.
Acest lucru inseamna ca daca utilizati Windows 10 sau alte servicii Microsoft pe calculator, telefon, tableta, etc., gigantul din Redmond va poate dezactiva jocurile si software-ul daca acestea sunt piratate si de asemenea chiar dispozitivul hardware, desi nu e prea clar ce inseamna dispozitive hardware neautorizate. Posibil sa fie vorba despre Xbox One sau Xbox 360 modate.
Nu este foarte clar nici daca acest lucru se refera doar la jocurile si hardware-ul neautorizat, sau in aceasta categorie intra si alt software piratat cum ar fi Office, Photoshop si alte asemenea aplicatii. Cum pentru producatorii de jocuri, pirateria este un adevarat cosmar, unele companii avand pierderi insemnate datorita acesteia, iata ca Microsoft vine si le intinde o mana de ajutor prin aceste masuri pe care le regasim in noua EULA.
Interesant este si faptul ca Microsoft a suprimat nepopularul DRM (Digital Restrictions Management) in Windows 10, optand in a sprijini suportul pentru Steam. Insa cu acesti noi termeni si conditii, Microsoft a introdus DRM chiar in nucleul Windows 10.
Conform celor expuse mai sus, utilizatorii de Windows 10 vor trebui sa-si aleaga de acum incolo cu o mai mare atentie, programele si jocurile folosite!
